To practise self-awareness and healthy living in order to have physical and emotional wellbeing.

Consciousness Raising Questions:

  • How much attention  do I give to my overall physical health—including diet, exercise, and leisure?
  • Why has the priority people place on Health/Wellbeing been increasing for the past few years?
    • Why has the priority women place on this value been increasing at a greater rate for women than for men?
    • What steps can we take to address this upward trend?
